CS-FAST
Computer Science - Fundamental Approach to Standards Training

• Please complete the three pre-training tasks before you arrive
• Please bring TWO checks to the CS-FAST training, if you want to sign up for the 0.5 graduate-level relicensure credit from Mines (more details on the course are below, if needed):
  1. $40 check made payable to CSM Continuing Education (for the credit)
  2. $10 check made payable to CSM (for the transcript)

• Time: 9am to 5pm
• Please arrive at Mines by 8:40am so you have plenty of time to find the room and get settled. Our workshop will begin promptly at 9am. We will head to lunch at ~12:30pm. The cafeteria provides a wide range of options, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Lunch at off-campus locations will be provided (including dietary preferences noted on registration forms).

  Brown is within H6 on the map above. Brown is a huge building. I suggest you enter the doors that are on the WEST of the building (closest to H5) and then go straight down the hall to your right. Look for an email with details for the exact classroom.

• Parking Information:

  We suggest you park your car in Lot D (see block G4 on the map. This lot is accessible from Elm street. Parking is free on Saturdays anywhere on campus. If you are attending on a weekday, look for an email with parking instructions.

• Laptop: Please bring a laptop if you have one. No worries if you don’t have one to bring!
